In my own life, there was some bite-the-bullet conversation with my doctor about my own weight at the physical I had on Friday. Seems I'm officially at the highest I've ever been, 1 lb above the weight that drove me to abuse Atkins in late 2003.<br /><br />Some self honesty and conversations with my sweetie have lead me to resolve to start taking care of it. I plan to dig out and dust off my poor, neglected treadmill and start being more proactive with my diet and sleep as well.
